Fix-Price & Fix-Time Model

Our fixed price & time model is best suited, when the scope and specifications of the project are reasonably clear. This model guarantees on-time, on-budget delivery of projects. Deliverables, Costs and Timelines are clearly defined before starting the engagement. We offer great deal of advantage on cost front to our customers by following a phased approach that includes scoping, development, implementation and business support. With this business engagement, the customer pays a pre-negotiated fixed price for the complete project, which in turn is linked to well-defined deliverables. For any change in scope a predefined fixed hourly rate agreed at the initial stage of start of project is paid. To define changes, we follow standard change request procedure.

Time & Material Model

Project scope, specification and implementation details and plans of the development project are not clearly defined at the beginning; Time Material Model becomes an attractive option. In this model, customer pays as per the use of the hourly development efforts. In the start we define the project execution and management strategies. We follow standard project management and reporting practices and provide task/time sheets on a daily / weekly basis for each of the developer on the project. In this business model, DawnSun technologies provide project required and infrastructure and customers pay a monthly charge based on the size and composition of the team. This model offers flexibility to balance team size as par the project workloads.

Revenue Share Model

This model best suits when customer has a proven concept but not willing to invest full development cost upfront. DawnSun Technologies will get in the engagement (with partial down payment of full development cost) and develop the concept and deploy it for customer distribution. In this business model, as par the agreed terms application earned revenue will be shared between customer and DawnSun Technologies after it's sold to end customers.

A Dedicated Development Center

This model best suits when customer has a proven concept but not willing to invest upfront. DawnSun Technologies will get in the engagement and develop the concept and deploy it for customer distribution. In this business model, as par the agreed terms application earned revenue will be shared between customer and DawnSun Technologies after it's sold to end customers.
