Long work hours behind a desk, computer, or steering wheel makes muscles fatigue out and get tightened up. A few quick stretching exercises will help you stay loose, supple, and tension free and also help avoid fatigue of long work hours.

Office Workouts consists of traditional Yoga and modern Psychotherapy inputs. Posses are classified on various body parts and illustrated with picture, description and mediating music of your choice.
